Terrible customer service
Ordered a kit in February – it was damaged and had the wrong colour diamonds. Eventually after 3 months a replacement arrived – with no adhesive on the canvas
After 2 months and many many emails I am still being told the customer service team are awaiting a reply from the QA department. Have now requested a refund and been told I can’t have one as the QA department have not replied!
My question is does the QA department actually exist and if so are they inundated with queries and complaints that it takes over 2 months to reply to an email
So utterly disappointed with the way I’ve been treated
